Training Terms and Conditions

Notification of cancellation must be made via email or writing to the Customer Training Department.
In the event of cancellation, charges may apply depending on your contract and method of booking. If unsure, please consult the Customer Training Department.
A postponement is deemed the same as a cancellation.
MHR reserves the right to cancel the course in the event of any circumstances beyond its control. It may be necessary to change the content and timing of the training courses, the presenters, the date or the venue. If the minimum number of 3 delegates is not met then MHR reserves the right to cancel the course. If MHR cancels a training course its liability will be limited to the refunding of any fees paid in respect of the relevant training courses.
If a booked delegate cannot attend, MHR will be pleased to accept a substitute delegate in their place at no additional charge. Applications to transfer from one course to another will be treated as a cancellation of an existing booking. A new booking will be made and the cancellation fees will apply.
Course fees are subject to VAT and payment must be made prior to the date of the training event.
