Introducing MHR Analytics...

MHR, formerly known as MidlandHR, has launched a new suite of business analytics solutions, under the brand name MHR Analytics, to empower organisations to Plan, Predict and Prosper from their data. The suite can be implemented across any system to monitor and significantly improve business performance, measuring what is working, what is not, where to cut costs and where to invest more.

The leading provider of talent management, HR, payroll and business analytics has been offering specialist Business Intelligence (BI) and Data solutions software for over 10 years, and has a proven track record of over 750 successful implementations. However, MHR Analytics has now begun offering its extensive BI expertise to organisations beyond the HR and payroll community and to those enterprises who are using HR systems other than MHR’s iTrent.

The suite of applications includes: Business Objects BI4 and Edge; Predictive Analytics; Lumira tool; Workforce Performance Builder; HR Analytics; HR Board Pack Reporting; and Cognos TM1 and more.

The solutions provide the ability to explore, visualise and predict from data across the entire business, whether this be from HR, Marketing, Finance or any other data sets. Meanwhile, the HR Analytics solutions are specifically tailored towards operational reporting in areas such as Churn and Absence, with the ability to efficiently display this information to those who need it.

Nick Felton, Director of MHR Analytics, explains: “Businesses today are overwhelmed with vast quantities of data of which it can be impossible to make any sense. MHR Analytics will help organisations to identify the right business intelligence platform to bring this data to life, and provide the visibility of information required to be able to ask questions about their data and make better informed business decisions.

“Organisations are able to select a singular solution, or choose to build their analytics capability by implementing a number of our offerings as a package.”
