Choir brings Christmas cheer to MHR

A choir of 33 pupils from St Peter’s Church of England Junior School in Ruddington entertained MHR employees with Christmas carols at our annual festive drinks reception in our Britannia House restaurant.

In return for such a fantastic performance we are producing a uniform of personalised polo shirts in the New Year for the singers to wear for their future performances.

The Chairman said: “Thank you so much to headteacher Mr Mapperley for organising for the pupils to visit us after school, it was a wonderful way to get everyone at MHR in the festive spirit. The children sounded fantastic, and we all enjoyed hearing and singing along to our favourite carols. At MHR we are proud to actively support the local community and are delighted to support the school with their new choir uniform.”

Headteacher of St Peter’s John Mapperley added: “It was a great experience for our choir to perform in front of an audience, and the children loved every minute of it. The uniform donation is very much appreciated and will ensure we look our very best at future performances.”
