Your HR advisory service commences with a strategic, compliance appraisal of your HR policy by an expert in employment law.  You will then have access to our HR help desk via email or telephone and will build a relationship with your key advisory contact.  Your service will include correspondence drafting and checking and the provision of guidance documentation for employee relations projects.

HR Employment Law Consultancy

MHR's specialist employment law consultants offer on-site support for your HR projects or employee relations processes.  Your consultant will work with you to design, implement and support your project including TUPE processes, industrial relations negotiations, restructures and employee relations hearings to name but a few. We can also design and deliver bespoke employment law and HR training to your Line Managers or HR team.  As part of the process, all required documentation or correspondence for the project can be either drafted or compliance checked for you.
