What you would experience
- Our HR business partners manage the day to day running of one of the key functions of the business: providing an excellent customer experience via the provision of high quality, professional consultancy and support services.
- As an in-house resourcer, be responsible for landing the top talent that will keep MHR moving forward, making sure we get the right skills and those people who will thrive in our culture.
- As an internal trainer, be responsible for over 100 courses on everything from performance management to running a successful payroll. You’ll work closely with department heads to ensure skills are fresh and ready.
- The HR admin team makes sure all employee details are kept up to date and that changes are processed in a timely manner. You’ll be the go-to people for advice on the policies and procedures at MHR.
