When will I find out if I have an interview?
The application process can vary depending on the
role you are applying for, but most applicants can
expect to hear back a week after the closing date to
find out next steps (if not before)
What is the application process?
Most roles at MHR are filled using a two-step
interview process following the application. The
first interview is all about you, your experience and
your skills. We will also look at how you’ll fit into the
existing team and the culture of MHR. The second
interview focuses on technical competency and
may involve some form of assessment, depending
on the position. Each step will be explained so that
you know what to expect in advance.
What’s the atmosphere like?
MHR has multiple sites, filled with multiple
departments, and all focus on collaboration and
creativity to let you get into the flow. Each site has
both indoor and outdoor spaces for you to take a
break from your desk, for lunch or just a more
informal meeting, so that you can feel comfortable
